My Device is not producing Vapor?
-Use Q-tips to clean the contacts inside the device and on the bottom of the cartridge. This should restore the connection between the device and cartridge if any moisture has been in contact with them.
-Gently tap the cartridge, moquthpiece side up, on a table and reinsert it into the devi1ce. Any tiny air bubbles should rise and re-saturate the wicks.
-Insert an alternative cartridge to see if that helps
-Charge your device if it’s out of battery
How to charge my device?
-Using fast charging USB type c cable (5V 2A) to charge your device
My Device isn’t charging?
-Check that the LED lights on the device bottom flash when connected to the charger
-Change the method of charging-if you’re using a computer USB OR try a wall charger
-Switch different USB type C cables
-It might takes longer time for the first charging please pay attention
How to clean my device?
-Use a dry cotton or Q-tips swab to gently clean your device’s contacts and USB type c charging dock
-Store your device and cartridge at cool and dry place avoid direct sunlight
